La Dimora dei Paladini

Originally a historic manor house, “La Dimora dei Paladini” is a holiday home complex located in an independent building with a small garden in the internal courtyard, that holds various self-contained studios of different sizes, all equipped with a kitchenette. This historic building, situated in the heart of Bagheria, has a special connection to local tradition: it is said that its cellars were occasionally used as a small puppet (pupi, in local dialect) theatre. Here, puppet shows were performed, depicting epic-chivalric stories from the Carolingian cycle of the paladins of France and the Arthurian and Breton romances.

In homage to this cultural tradition, La Dimora and its rooms have been named after the Paladins, the legendary heroes of the theatrical performances. The architecture and design of the apartments evoke details such as the strings and rods used by the "puparo" to move “pupi”.

Today, our studios, located just a 10-minute walk from the Guttuso Museum and 5 minutes from the train station, combine contemporary design with modern comfort. All apartments are equipped with excellent Wi-Fi, ensuring a pleasant and "connected" stay.
