You can contacts the Host or his delegate via email or WhastApp, schedule:
- Monday to Friday from 09:15am to 04:30pm
- Saturday from 09:15am to 01:00pm
Check-in: from 3:00pm - within 7:00pm
Check-out: always within 10:00am
Only upon advance request, should be available a late check-in from 7:00pm to max 11:00pm, paying an extra supplement of € 30,00 to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Before your arrival we will send to you all useful information to the correct online self-check-in procedure. After confirming your booking, the property will send you instructions for access: you will have to register some detailed information before your arrival (such as ID’s) and download the “Vimar VIEW Key” App, necessary to enable your Smartphone.
Remember that between 6 and a maximum 24 hours from the check-in, the Host or his delegate will verify that the identity document you presented is original and corresponds to the person who stay here, in order to be able to register and comply the obligations set forth by Italian Law.
For this reason, you must always communicate your arrival time to Dimora dei Paladini in advance.
You can enter this information as Special Requests at the reservation moment, or contact the property using the details provided in your booking confirmation (email and WhatsApp).
Check in is allowed only adults (18 years old)
The House is NOT available for bachelor party, hen party or similar.
