Studio Apartments
Our city centre studio apartments, are located in the heart of Bagheria, 10 minutes walking to Guttuso Museum and 5 minutes to the main train station. The apartments are contemporary designed and well-finished details. All equipped with excellent Wi-Fi, suitable for e-Meetings and Video Calls. They are a convenient and alternative accommodation to the hotel room, in fact, you have more privacy, comfort, space, independence.
Standard with window
Located on the first and second floors (without elevator), our four Standard studios are all equipped with a window.
They are approximately 30 square meters, and have a double bedroom and wardrobe, bathroom with shower, in front of the sleeping area there is a well-equipped kitchenette.
In some rooms there are additional beds, if available, they are with comfortable sofa bed (single or double) by fine “alcantara” textile.
Superior Loft with balcony
The bright Superior Lofts are five and all have a typical standing balcony.
They are all located on the second floor (without a lift).
They are approximately 35 square meters in size, the space is internally spread over 2 floors.
Entrance in living area with a well-equipped kitchenette and bathroom with shower.
Then you go upstairs to the sleeping area by a modern fine wood staircase, where you will find a comfortable double bed and wardrobe.
In some rooms there are additional beds, if available, they are with comfortable sofa bed (single or double) by fine “alcantara” textile.
Deluxe with terrace
We offer two very bright apartments, both located on the first floor (without elevator). The Deluxe studios enjoy a comfortable terrace overlooking a small internal garden.
They are about 35 square meters large. A bedroom with a double bedroom: double bed, wardrobe. Bathroom with shower. In front of the sleeping area there is a well-equipped kitchenette.

Deluxe Loft with terrace
Charming apartments on 2 floors, the Deluxe loft, are 2 (located on the second and third floor without lift) both enjoy a comfortable terrace on an internal courtyard with lots of privacy. They are about 40 square meters large, with private bathroom.
The living area, with kitchenette, and the sleeping area, with double bed are separated by a fine wooden staircase of modern design.
